  Staff were excellent, very obliging. Breakfast in the room was included in the price, enough to feed about four people - excellent value for money. They also kindly allowed us to check out at 2pm.   The room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by the decor and layout of the room. The leisure facilities were a welcome bonus that one often does not get in a city centre hotel. The food in the bar was of a high standard and reasonably priced.   Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Despite the hotel being really busy the staff were efficent and very chatty. I have never slept in a bed so big and comfy before.
