Very comfortable rooms, staff extremely helpful, food in bistro excellent. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and the continental breakfast for one was actually enough for both of us. Hotel is in a quiet area and close enough to city centre to walk. I would definitely stay here again. I was staying at the hotel with my elderly parents. The hotel were extremely accomodating, giving them an adapted room on the ground floor, giving me a room near them and providing them with dressing gowns free of charge.
所有评语 » Friendly staff, and able to check-in early when we arrived. Beautiful hotel ideally situated near city centre. Good food. Shame I wasn't in Glasgow longer to stay another night. Would definitely stay again. The linens, toiletries, breakfast were all very nice. Hotel was quiet and luxurious. Lovely stay!. opulent room was fabulous, staff excellent, food in the Brasserie delicious. Friendly staff, ambience of the hotel, excellent food.Friendliness/hospitality of staff. wet room. Everything was excellent. From the food including the meal at night, the breakfast in the morning and the "midnight muchies" we ordered at 3 in the morning delivered to the luxurious room. All very good. Reception staff at night a bit "zoned out" However, I accidentally left my mobile in the room and the day staff responded well to it. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff were very helpful and polite. It was lovely and we would stay again. Didnt eat in the hotel but the restuarant looked lovely and cosy, had a few drinks in the bar which was nice. Gorgeous room, helpful friendly staff and delicious food! Oh and cocktails!. Exelent bed rooms and friendly staff. A wonderfull night was had by all!. A beautiful hotel with delightful rooms and friendly staff. Room 451 was quiet and very comfortable. Helpfull staff. Location. Wine waiter was very helpful, meal was delicious, particularly the sweet. Room was lovely; dark and indulgent. The room was very good - well furnished and decorated and a good size.the quiet of the hotel. even though it was busy it felt peaceful. Pleasant staff and relaxed atmosphere.Friendly, courteous staff. Very comfortably furnished, clean rooms. The standard of food and restaurant service was superb. The rooms were modern and comfortable but the food was amazing!. Its proximity to the Eagle Building and the quality of the food. Spacious room, friendly staff and laid-back atmosphere. Classy, lovely room.building conversion. the decor was very tasteful, food excellent, nicely situated, not too far out of centre but far enough to be quiet on a night.Warm quiet and comfortable room, lovely breakfast. relaxed atmosphere, very central for amenities. The meals were very good. Have stayed on numerous occasions and like the rooms particularly the bathrooms and products.it is a good hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.Central location, Helpful polite staff. location of hotel and room facilities. quality of staff. Quaity of hotel and upgrade to suite.Service and staff were excellent. no parking. The room was extremely hot. No complaints at all.The only thing that wasn't good was, we were staying in room number 360 and below us was the roof to the bar which had water from the top of the hotel flowing onto it alnight which did keep us awake, It quite loud. Having to go home :-(. One of the staff at breakfast had a bit of an attitude which was a shame because breakfast selection etc. was excellent. Also, although room was very clean it did feel that overall cleanliness of hotel could be improved. this is a minor point - the rooms can be a little tight, too many cushions etc around. The room was uncomfortably warm, but the weather at the time was particularly muggy so I hesitate to bee over-critical. Bar prices!. a room lock would have been nice. Bed was uncomfortable.no onsite parking. I found our room to be very small and very hot. A bit claustrophobic!. lighting poor for reading and also in bathroom for shaving. Reported tostaff on leaving that there wasa foul smell on entering room.Dining room is dark.Cosy for evening but dismal for breakfast.although we really enjoyed our stay , we had a split level suite the bedroom was far to hot through the night . The noise from the traffic outside at night - rooms that look onto the old police headquaters are on a road frequented by boy racers.Room lighting needs adjustment-can be set only to dim or very bright. toilet and bathroom too small in bedroom. Quality of fixed menu was below standard expected from this standard of hotel and main course was under cooked. Roon was very small, bathroon worse. the room was awful for £160. Very hot incredibly noisy and quite small. The bed seemed tiny for a double. We arrived very late due to a 5 hour delay on our train journey, our room felt like the room they 'keep until last' being an internal room with windows overlooking an internal courtyard/bar, it was therefore very dark and the windows could not be opened (fixed to minimise noise from the bar). Also the blurb from the hotel states 'big beds' - it was a standard double bed and the room was cramped.
