  The staff were welcoming and kind. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The décor could do with some improvement, but the sheets and towels were good quality and spotless. Also the girl on the desk was very helpful and particularly good at finding an exhibition we wanted to go to. Perfectly adequate for the visit to our cousin and his 100th birthday. The party was at that venue so it was very convenient to stay the night there. Staff were friendly and helpful.
