We could not have been happier with this hotel. Although it is located in an office park, the train station in literally right next door a seven minute train ride (two stops) will take you right into downtown Edinburgh (Waverly Station). The hotel must be pretty new. Everything was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate. With free full breakfast and parking, you simply cannot beat the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wants a good value wh.
所有评语 » This hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing and could not do enough. The rooms were spotless with plenty of space and lovely bath with powerful over shower. The breakfast is excellent value for money and they have a 2 course evening meal deal for 12.75 which is a must try. The location is perfect edinburgh park rail station is across the road and is just obe stop away from edinburgh waverly (edinburghs main station) with a return ticket only costing £3. This hotel represents everyrhing you. excellent ,extremely friendly staff. good service. clean hotel and although a year old still looks brand new. we have 3 young small children and even though they go to the toilet on their own i would not worry that they are touching dirty surfaces because everything was just sparkly and spotlessly clean in the bathroom.there was plenty of hand wash foam beside the sink and plenty of liquid soap near the shower.the hairdyer was great and the most important of all is the kettle it doesnt look d. I liked the hotel.it was so clean and nice,everything was new and it is so me,i like it ! :) Staff was so friendly and helpful!specially the young,blond,tall receptionist.she told us so much about Edinburgh,where to go,what to visit.she must enjoy working there as the way she talked about everything and as I said she was very nice and helpful.excellent hotel and location!i recommend!!my friends wants to visit Edinburgh so I already gave them contact and information about it. All aspects of the hotel were excellent from the location, the moment we walked into the hotel and greeted by the staff to the assistance for check -in. Our room was lovely, quiet, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The restaurant and bar for the evening meal and drinks was very good too as well as breakfasts (spoilt for choice) - excellent value for money, very good quality and staff. Equal to some of the top hotels I have stayed in as good as 5 star. A perfect location with the train station just a stones throw away. Apart from this it was very quiet at night. The breakfast staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful though we had a very messy toddler eating with us. They found nothing too much trouble, chatted and one young guy in particular was very witty and brightened up our morning. I only wish I had found out his name so that his employers know his worth. Although it was a chain hotel without any real charm, we had a most enjoyable stay in a clean and comfortable room with a very good breakfast. Situated next to the train station allowed us to commute effortlessly to Edinburgh, and the drive to the airport was just a few minutes away. It was an ideal choice for parking a car, taking the train to Edinburgh and then driving to the airport. everything about are stay at the premier inn Edinburgh park (the gyle) was just perfect the staff were great and very help full, the food was great, they were kid friendly,the train station was 5 min walk and there was a train every 10 min to Edinburgh, we were close to a supermarket, petrol station and bus stop. and it was every easy to find. The staff was very helpful! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was easily accessible to downtown Edinburgh by train. There is even a shopping center across the road for groceries or other essentials. It was the perfect place to stay as we explored Edinburgh and the surrounding areas...and the price can't be beat!. Hotel very clean and comfortable.Food was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from.very reasonable rates,so easy to get into city centre and there was a shopping mall less than 5 minutes wak away.Staff were very friendly and helpful.I cannot fault this hotel really enjoyed staying there. From the minute we arrived every member of staff we met were very friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to help in any way they could. We could not fault their willingness and helpfulness. I have stayed in lots of hotels over the last 5 years and this was by far the most friendly. Great spacey room (double room), very comfortable beds (with two additional pillows to choose from), friendly staff. Full english breakfast was delicious with a big choice of food. Enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend for a good quality stay for acceptable price. We stayed at Premier Inn just for a one night and everything met our expectations. The hotel is easy to reach by train and it takes no more than 13min to get to the Edinburgh city centre. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Although the price was incredibly inexpensive (lots of hostels charge more!), everything was well designed and the rooms were well equipped. Would definitely stay here if in the area again. Spotless and quiet room. Professional and helpful reception. Location just next to the Edinburgh Park train stop with easy access to the city centre. Not far from the airport either which was very convenient for us as we had to leave around 5.30 am. Excellent for people with rail passes. Rail station across the street with trains every 10-15 min. into the middle of town. The Thyme restaurant was excellent. Ritchie, Angel, Kerry, Eliza, Debbie, Ester and the rest of the staff were amazing!!. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after. The service from staff was excelleant and very friendly. I did not like a noise which was coming from the floor up to us and a bit noisy in the morning.but it is not complaining really because noise is everywhere where we go or stay,even our own hauses :):). That the bar closed at 11pm!!. The only negative was the difficulty in finding the hotel - even though we saw it but couldn't get to it without going through a detour and an industrial maze. The location is not very close to the city centre, although right on the doorstep of the hotel there is a train station where you can get a train to the centre(10 minutes). The twin beds pushed together to make a double. Restaurant was cold on evening we decided to eat at the hotel. Breakdown of Satnav when trying to find the hotel, BUT, MANY THANKS to a very helpful lady on reception I was assisted right up to the front door. nothing. Lack of gym or a pool, but its not a great drawback. Nothing. Hotel is located in a business and retail park which lacks atmosphere and provides very few options to dining out. Would like some sort of alarm clock in the room. Couldn't tell what time it was or set a wake up alarm. satnav got lost with the postcode. The automated checkin system that makes you waste time instead of saving you some. The location is a bit away although the city center can be easily accessed through a 10-minute train ride. The clean rooms and friendly staff. And the bibles. Thanks. The smell of breakfast permeating the lobby area on leaving the hotel in morning. nothing, will definitely be staying there again. Nothing, its perfect. nothing!. Since it's right across from the train station, there are constantly trains coming past and can be quite noisy at times, but not too bad. The room not totally sound proof. You can hear the next door guest snorring in the midnight while its all quite. Make variation for the breakfast please. Difficult to find at start, window does not open was hot and stuffy at times, sheets where not changed for the 6 nights we where there. My son dropped a food crumbs on our room floor and they were still there 3 days later. check in starts only at 2.00 pm.
