  The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was excellent value for money, especially f you can get a room for 39.95 but not sure how you qualify for this. - Great value for money. Staff very helpfull. Fab nights sleep,good quality bed.needed extra pillow,it was no trouble for them. Will defo stay again when in area.

  The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Great location for visiting Whipsnade Zoo as we were still able to walk into Dunstable in the evening where there were several good pubs and restaurants. Carmel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The breakfast was also phenomenal - we would definitely stay here again. - I had read reviews and I wondered whether it could live up to expectations. It did more than this. I enjoyed the peaceful location and took advantage of the close proximity to 'The Downs' to have a Sunday morning walk. Needed the walk to burn off the extra calories from the excellent breakfast. Carmel was wonderful. She took time out to talk to her guests and had a good rapport with everyone.

  I liked the whole experience of staying for two nights. The rooms were scrupulously clean, very well proportioned and very comfortable. The little extras like a notepad in the room or the tissues, soap and good sized towels in the shower room made you feel that you were staying in a much more expensive hotel. The bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower however it would be useful if we were informed on arrival that we had to request bath towels from reception as these are not automatically supplied.
