Amazing place to stay. Very friendly and prompt staff. I travelled from Singapore and requested an early chek-in during my boong on letsbookhotel.com. The hotel allowed me an early check-in! Breakfast was good and so was the bar. The place is exceptionally quiet (even during the day) and had to use an alarm clock to get up in the morning. Will stay at Premier inn again! Cheers!. Conveniently located for the motorway network. Usual Premier Inn room layout and facilities. Staff are obliging and friendly. Reasonable value for money although it pays to shop around as we paid the same price the following night for a room in a country house hotel that was far superior.
所有评语 » very good room, newly decorated, clean and comfortable. excellent location near main road for convenience. as restaurant was being built we were given a 'box breakfast' which was adequate and we understood completely about the rebuilding. Bathroom was immaculately clean, bed was large and very comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly linking us up with my brother who had arrived earlier. The restaurant was good and again excellent service. friendly staff/well organized/clean hotel/nearby restaurant/good food for children/very friendly staff/I would certainly retain and recommend to other families ytravelling in the UK with children/value for money. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Price was excellent value. Restaurant helpfully allowed us an early breakfast as we were travelling away v early,. we had a very late arrival but the staff were kind and helpful. the room and bathroom were pleasant and very clean The breakfast had a huge variety of choice. Well done Premier Inn. Self service breakfast was warm rather than hot. refurbished room but had no shaver socket and was very cold. no heater at all in bathroom. heating only stayed on a short while so room kept getting cold again. the garbage outside at the entrance, smell of fish excuse for the mistakes, we are not English. No air-con in the room - not a huge problem as not too hot on that day. There did not seem to be anywhere to sit down. No lift. Not enough milk portions for tea & coffee in room. Had breakfast in Table Table restaurant & staff rude & unhelpful, ran out of food items & cups, when approached she was snappy! Unpleasant experience, seemed far more helpful to those guests who were paying at the restaurant! Breakfast food was good though. apple cart staff were a little to slow newish girl behind bar needed more training. Having to leave!!!!. At £80, I'm still wondering where Lenny Henry gets his £29 a night stop over?! I have never paid less than £75!!. The bed was too low, I found I could not get up out of it without piling pillows in one corner and pushing myself with the help of the head board. Some grab rails needed near bed. disturbed sleep with a lot of noise in the middle of the night with people in room above above stomping about!. No complaints either to quote here or to tell staff during our stay. We had to ask for towels, as only two bath towels, when three were staying in the room, and only one hand towel. The bathroom had a fusty smell in room one, coming from the sink, so we had to leave the fan on most of the night, as the smell filled the room. Nothing. I'm not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel or a separate business, however a few of the staff let it down a little. They seemed like they didn't want to be there. The first morning we were there & went in for breakfast, the premier breakfast wasn't cared for, it looked like it had just sat there for hours without any attention, the scrambled egg was hard & rest wasn't the most appetizing. However even so we still enjoyed the restaurant. Having to pay for wifi. Poor service in restaurant. None. Additional two single beds in the double room caused clutter and inconvenience due to restrictive movement. I don't really like the booking in process prefer having a receptionist. nothing. No Mirror in the bedroom. Parts of the hotel e.g stair rails look a little tired. Service in Apple Cart attached restaurant was slow during evening meal on first night of stay. Busy school holiday time so a lot of people traffic. The attached restaurant could not cope with the number of customers booked into the place on the Friday night and made no effort to ease the problem. Didn't see anything to dislike. Nothing. noise coming from room above ours. The price. no signs for the hotel, we drove 7 more km. to finally find, icecream machine gave us only one type of icecream and there wasn't any note it was not working. power cut just after arrival extract was not working had been turned off at isolater and no phone in room to contact the reception which was outside as normal one being refurbed. no lights in room when powercut happened so phone would have been helpfull had to keep walking outside in the rain to find out what was happening. Breakfast: There give you very small plate. The price of breakfast. WIFI did not work.TableTable staff hard pressed to be 100% effective. Service at evening dinner on Sunday - too many young waiters who did not seem organised and, as a result, the wait for service at the table was more than 60 minutes, then the order was taken. Nothing. Restaurant under refurb and a sparce continental breakfast. Very hard mattress gave me a backache. The person above our room CLOMPING about at 2300--2400 and again at 0600--0645. very slow check in ... Lack of soap in bathroom. Lack of staff in Reception.
