  we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked!   This is a small B&B in quite back street but very close to the river side and town so we were close to everything Lovely Dartmouth has to offer. The room was tastefully decorated and clean with comfortable bed.( Some of the front rooms are larger). Stairs could be problem for less mobile.   The receptionist who showed us to our room was so apologetic and very unhappy that she was unable to change our room as the hotel was completely full. We also had a river view room for both nights when we were originally booked to have a non river view for one night and a river view for the other.   We loved the farm and the excellent hosting by Stephanie and Peter. There was plenty of space in a very quiet location. The alpacas were also very entertaining.
