The warmth we were greeted with, lovely room; fantasticly tasty and
generous breakfasts, including delicious fruit salad freshly made each
morning, good quality foods - filter coffee - all we want at breakfast -
instant drinks and a cafetierre with fresh ground coffee, milk, and
delicious (probably home made) biscuits in our room - refreshed every
day; wine glasses, should we need them!! If we brought back takeaway we
could use the dining room,plates, cutlery condiments, etc and Karen

We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. "How we love it when a plan comes together". We cannot speak highly enough of Karen & Richard & their home Wellington House. Every aspect of our stay was as we would have wished & more. Warm friendly hosts, nothing was to much trouble. Room had a nice ambiance & was warm.
Such a helpful, friendly welcome was just the start of our long weekend
stay at Wellington House this April for a locally held wedding. This was
a real find, centrally located and so comfortable, warm and with
excellent breakfasts, made with quality ingredients. The décor of the
bed room and ensuite was excellent. How trusting to have antiques
complimenting the rooms and adding that touch of class to what was being
offered. As soon as we walked in we got a wow factor. Good nights sleep
and extr.
10/10. Karen was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. A very warm welcome, a lovely big room with a shower, separate bath and everything we needed and more. Breakfast was superb: my gluten and lactose intolerances and other allergies were well catered for. A great location: within a 2 minute walk of the end of the Norfolk Coast Path, plenty of excellent eating places, the train station and bus stop, the pier, shops and nearby attractions. Would recommend to others and stay t.
Firstly, a warm welcome from the owners upon our arrival.
The room was spotlessly clean, and decorated to a very high standard. A lovely pair of rooms, retaining all original features, with some contemporary features added - such as LCD television.
The home made biscuits and hot chocolate were a nice touch.
The owners went above and beyond - they lent me a phone charger as mine was damaged in transit. Very helpful.
What a B&B! Karen and Richard have thought of everything .... right down to the wine glasses and corkscrew in the bedrooms. Guests are also welcome to bring back' take away's' to eat in the dining room. The house is beautifully restored and the bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Karen (landlady) is really friendly and a perfect host. I will most definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay.
The location was perfect right in the centre of Cromer. Outside our door we were in the great atmosphere of Cromer's narrow streets. The owners of this lovely Victorian house couldn't have been friendlier, very helpful. Gorgeous big bathroom and comfy bed. We couldn't fault it and would definitely go again. The B&B owners were really lovely - nice and friendly, without being overly attentive. The room we had was very tastefully decorated and had a fantastic large bathroom. Nice little touches likes great tea/coffee facilities & homemade biscuits! Superbly located - right near the seafront. Very impressed & would definitely go back.
The best bed & breakfast we have stayed at. Wonderful host beautiful room with fabulous bathroom , perfectly located and the breakfast was varied and fresh - beautiful fruit salad followed by any choice of cooked breakfast. A home away from home cudnt have hoped for better - exceptional value for money - will most certainly be back.
The warm welcome & right on the seafront, comfortable bed and lovely feather bedding, great shower. Tea & coffee facilities in the room where fantastic, cafetiere fresh coffee & home made cookies where a delight. Then there was breakfast, fresh local haddock with poached eggs couldn't ask for a tastier start to the day.
Karen is the best host you can ask for. She takes care of every little detail. I am impressed when one guest asked for frosties and she didn't have it. The next morning I came down to see him having frosties for breakfast. She made nice cookies too. I love this b&b and will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.
Rooms have all the facilities you need. Good supply of tea & choice of fresh, instant or de-caff coffee, hot chocolate, water & homemade cookies. Drinks cooler & bottle opener. Also guests may use the dining room for takeaway meals, including plates & cutlery. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly hosts.
Outstanding. Very beautiful rooms with gorgeous, big bathrooms and comfy
beds. The breakfasts were amazing, i'd recommend the freshly smoked
kippers or the full English! Karen couldn't do enough for you and
was friendly and knowledgable about day trips. 3 wonderful nights and we
were truly sad to leave.
The welcome was perfect - friendly without being overbearing - the room was crisp, clean and modern with all the right accessories, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious, spotless and complete with a wonderful bath and power shower. Breakfast was fabulous and the overall atmosphere was spot on.
Has to be the best B & B I have ever stayed in. Rooms fantastic and bathrooms luxurious with separate shower and roll top bath. Breakfast was top notch. Karen,the owner, extremely friendly without being pushy. Excellent location 1 minute from seafront. Will be back next year.
This is an exceptional bed and breakfast. The rooms are very attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Karen made sure that we were well taken care of, including little but thoughtful touches. My only regret is that we only stopped one night. Highly recommended!.

The room was well appointed and comfortable with a lovely large and warm bathroom. It was very easy to " use " and the bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was great and Karen very friendly and you couldn't expect any more from a B&B.
Everything - brilliant little B&B right in the middle of Cromer. Lots of little extras provided. Delicious breakfast, with homemade jams, and local produce. Karen could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

this is a lovely b and b, unbelievably clean, refurbished nicely. comfy beds, very welcoming owners. lots of privacy. the best breakfast i've had in a while...highly recommended.

Bedroom and bathroom were both huge with great decor. Everything you needed was there including a breakfast sausage for our border terrier on Sunday morning. Very friendly.

Everything! We really loved everything about this place. But especially breakfast - we chose locally-smoked haddock with poached eggs and it was utterly delicious!.
Everything about the Hotel was fabulous especially the owners, they could not do enough for us during our stay and look forward to revisiting them again next year.
