I felt safe and comfortable at The Royal Hotel : important to me in Northern Ireland! The king size bed I finished up with was fabulous!!! Room size was great! Internet and Skype availability in room was excellent! Breakfast was very good! All staff were friendly and helpful!. The hotel is situated close to the town centre, yet is not affected by any traffic or other noise, the room was nicely decorated and very clean, towels were changed daily, staff were polite and friendly. Choice of breakfast was superb and cooked to a high standard.
所有评语 » Easy place to find.The stair lift for my partner with breathing problems was most appreciated. In house food was very good value for money. Room clean,airy and quiet considering on a main road. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was delicious the next morning. The room was a nice size and very clean. £45 overnight stay, free breakfast and the room was tidy - what isn't to like ;). The staff were very friendly and the bed extra large and very comfortable. Friendly and welcoming. Good food, value and quality. Great staff. Very good value and a really pleasant Hotel - especially Room 6!. Staff were excellent, food was great. Live music was superb!. Room 6 was excellent couldn't have asked for more. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. TV not working in room.. no late bar. lack of lift. Everything was great except for drilling work at hotel until 6pm that evening-right outside my bedroom window! I mentioned it to receptionist. I just wish they could have told me before I entered my room!!. check out not till 8am. Wasn't informed of Xmas function upon arrival. Was kept awake until 2:00am from noise of revellers on a Tuesday night. Staff didn't seem too bothered by my complaint of little sleep in morning. there was alot of noise and shouting from other guest.. which was frightening. I felt insecure in my room at the top of the stairs it felt to open, anyone can walk up the stairs The shower was far too small. Got charged 12 pounds for entertainment I would see in any pub anywhere else free of charge. The room was tiny, barely big enough for a single bed, but we had a double shoved into a corner. The lighting was terrible, no main ceiling light. As for the en suite - more like an in suite as it looks like a corner of the tiny room was cut off to put it in. Not worth the £60 we paid. Better spending the extra few pounds for a better hotel. No hot water from tap on night of stay. Room was small and basic. Nightclub behind the hotel was noisy and had hundreds of drunk people leaving and loitering in hotel foyer. Car park looked unsafe. Foyer stank of cigarettes. Ensuite dated and too dark. Room was freezing all night noisy bed was tiny half my left hung out the bottom.
