We were visiting uni for my daughter and wanted to be out of the town. Lovely setting, peaceful area. Warm welcome from the owners, tea, homemade cake and a chat! Absolutely beautiful styling, really luxurious and impressive. Seeing a huge painting of Buddha on the back wall of the bedroom was one of those 'wow' moments that some of us pay the money for. Comfy bed. Freebies including free glass of sherry. Nice cooked breakfast. Fantastic. Having stayed in a few of them, guest houses don't get better than this, they really don't.
