The people I met were Chrissie and the cleaner, both were very warm and welcoming. After an initial misunderstanding about the room first booked, Chrissie was very helpful and professional in sorting out the issue. The room I was in was very clean, warm and very comfortable and very quiet. The furnishings were stylistic with plenty of storage space for my luggage. I slept very easy and had a very comfortable 4 night stay. I recommend Studio-47 without hesitation. Lovely stay.

The apartment was lovley and welcoming clean and very comfortable.It was easy walking into Cleethorpes for the bars and pubs etc. Continental breakfast, tea coffee milk and orange was on supply and ready to use when we arrived. Lovley apartment. Location at studio 47 is excellent, just a stone throw from the seafront, shops and pubs. Also the proprietor was fantastic, very helpful. Accommodation is also excellent, very clean and tidy with continental breakfast for a fair price but no cooked breakfast sadly. The room was well furnished. The bed was comfortable. Breakfasts replenished each day were plentiful. Diane quickly and efficiently sorted the misunderstanding once contacted. It was a very quiet house. the room was very good and value for money and would recomend we will stay ther again thanks to diane and staff from rich and evie wood. Clean & bed very comfortable Spacious Plenty of variety for the continental breakfast. Good value. private quiet location the perfect room for my birthday weekend,loved the shower ,the bed was comfy ,. Excellent location, well equipped room, shops local. Continental breakfast good. location and price - stayed here many times before and will continue to do so. good central location,plenty of food bars and pubs,good prices,friendly. great idea,could do with more like that around the country. Great Location Good Value Really Friendly Staff. Very good place. Would stay there again. clean tidy veryfriendley staff. everything was perfect. A hassle free trip. Overall the room was a good size and so was the ensuite. It really was not clean enough for us, places had not been dusted and the linen and towels looked dirty. We had problems with the WiFi and when it was working had a very poor signal. Clean room as stated and generally fine. I would return if required as I do need to visit Grimsby for business. Off road parking. The shower door was broken and we couldn't get the tv to turn down and we couldn't get the programmes to come on. If we had been shown how to use the controls etc, but we didnt think to ask (maybe that would have helped) but we didnt mind as we only slept there for the night. We didn't like the fact that we were not expected, so instead of a ground floor room we were on the first floor. Also off street parking was a bit misleading, there only being 3 spaces and our room was number 8. all good. at first didn't like not having my fryup in the morning .but adapted to it and enjoyed the break. nothing. perhaps breakfast could be improved. Location was good, close to town. The off street parking was also good. Some improvements would be better mattress as felt board underneath, tv with angle adjuster as only can be seen from lying in the bed not whilst working at desk and finally still chasing for a vat receipt although promised three times. Price and breakfast. no aircon bed smelt so did pillows left a day early.
