Lovely friendly place. Reception staff made you feel very welcome. Dogs
completely welcome at no extra charge. Most welcoming change to most
other places we have stayed. Restaurant staff lovely, willing to spend
time to chat with you, very rare these days. Meal was very good , nice

The staff were fantastic; they were friendly, welcoming and well presented.
The lounge was tastefully decorated and you could be forgiven for thinking that you were in a boutique hotel rather than a chain.
Our room, while being compact still had a luxurious feel which was great.
I had the full Scottish breakfast which I was very pleased with as it looked appetizing and tasted as good as it looked.
I managed to get a really good rate for our room and a discount on breakfast as we booked online.
