I cannot say enough about the staff at The Heythrop Hall and the Crown Plaza. Without exception every one was so helpful, pleasant, and kind. You MUST let your staff know that they are doing a FAB job. The room we had at the Crown Plaza was really comfortable and plush. The choice of places to eat was also excellent as we didn't want to be tied to a set time to eat, so ate in the Brassey bar. Excellent and again the staff were TOPS.
