  The hotel is in a very old building so the bedrooms are differently shaped and there is a bit of atmosphere. However, the rooms are new and modern with good TVs and reception. We were upstairs in the eaves with a pleasant view. It was very quiet and peaceful and the beds were firm and comfortable. The drinks and meals in the downstairs restaurant were excellent value for money. The sta - It was very clean and the staff were very polite and everytime we enter the door there was a member of staff smiling. Very helpful and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make our stay happy. Loved the way the bar was just a footstep away from the room. All the staff that we saw on our two night stay are doing a great job. Keep it up :) We wil be back to chingford.

  Unusual, sited over a tapas bar on busy street. Very pleasant staff and environment. Great food, including cooked breakfast at only £5 extra.   We were travelling to a concert at the Olympic Park Stratford. Buckhurst Hill was on the Central Line 14 minutes away by Tube. It was about a 10 minute walk to the tube station. We used the Toby Carvery opposite for Breakfast which was £3.99 for a much as you can eat buffet style breakfast. The hotel was great. The free parking was great as leaving your car in London - All the staff were unusually pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent for a weekend visit to London as well as the ease of access to Epping Forest. The rooms were very quiet - an achievement in this suburban setting. Probably the best Premier Inn or hotel of this type we have stayed at. Good range of restaurants within walking distance.
