The breakfast was delicious, and the location to the city centre is so convenient. I had my own door in and out of my bedroom which was great as I came in quite late and didn't want to disturb anyone. The owners are so lovely. I will definately be staying here on my next christmas visit. Really friendly staff. Giving every customer the full individualised attention. I got lost on my way to the guest house and Mr. John came for me to show me the way. Very reachable and close to both the centre and the university. Will visit again for sure. A positive experience.
所有评语 » Good wifi connection, family room perfect size with lovely firm mattress. Smack bang central location but no loud hussle or bussle from nightlife to be kept awake. Excellent breakfast. It was near the centre and near the train station. You could come and go at any time because you had keys to the house and the room.The matress and pillows were very good. A wonderful stay .. Family run .. Warm and friendly .. Could not do enough for me .. Rooms clean and breakfast lovely .. Great location .. Perfect. The room was small but had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was really excellent. It was verry good the staff were very friendly the hotel was very clean i would reccomend the hotel to anybody looking to stay in chester. Was the best options that we did, very nice and the owner and his staff very friendly , polite, nice, clean, everything perfect!!!. Close to tourist activities. Receiving advance greeting e-mail. Helpful staff. Accomodation for 3 adults was comfortable. Friendly staff and warm reception in good location for short walk to city centre. Would return as good value. Friendly and helpful owner. Nothing. car park very small and had to back out into busy road. Need to explain this to people when advertising . Nothing. Nothing. Parking was awkward. A little dated - could do wth a bit of a facelift but not unreasonable for the price. Not receiving breakfast cause we slept in. No one else in property at the time and for 90 don't think it was out of the question.
