  Hotel was nice and clean, both public areas and the room. Room more spacious than most. Good leisure facilities. Enjoyable meals. - Lovely hotel with atmosphere and character. Children loved the pool and the outlook of our room was restful. Impressed with Barcelo chain and took brochure for further stays with the company.

  We chose Thistle Cheltenham because a few weeks earlier we had stayed in The Atlantic Tower - Thistle in Liverpool and enjoyed our stay so much we looked for the Thistle name for our visit to Cheltenham. Excellent in every respect. The room was easily on a par with Liverpool (except no flat screen TV but this was not a problem).
