We actually stayed at apartments on Evesham Rd. , Managed by the same guy Lee, He really went above and beyond his duty to make our stay pleasant, Nice clean apartment, (cleaned during stay, towel change etc. as well) really well located for Horse racing and Bars Restaurants etc. would definitely recommend. 5 stars. Very central to everything that was off importance, rooms were immaculate, as they say, LOCATION LOCATION! Only one negative, no one there to show us the run of the mill with the house, very hard to enter combination when entering thorough the front door! Apart from that EVERYTHING OK!.
所有评语 » Facilities were brilliant. Good WiFi connection. Beds very comfortable. Very quiet location and no road noise. Good off street parking. Great location with both Montpellier area and city centre only 5 minutes walking distance away. Well appointed comfortable aparetment. Extra bed and bedding. Tea and coffee available (we forgot to take sugar so that was a help). There was everything you needed. Exceptionally clean and a great place to stay, a real chill out and take advantage of the gym for the saunas and steamroom. Stayed during the week with my wife and children. Plenty of space for us all to relax and not feel on top of each other. A bright, clean and spacious apartment, and staff were very helpful. Well located for shops and restaurants. Fab to have our own space to chill out and cook our own meals. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Location Didn't meet any staff - we were only there 2 nights. On the whole, very good. Beautiful apartment, very new and clean. Clean, plenty of room. Location was great. It was excellent. Close to town centre, parking and spacious and comfortable. Location was great - central, convenient and quiet. Parking was allocated for one car and there was free on street parking. Towels were provided. Our second apartment was spacious enough for four adults. Privacy, friendly and helpful manager Lee. Location convenient. Our two-bedroom apartment was big and comfortable enough to stay. A kitchen is equipped well but without a dishwasher. Location. Bit difficult to find as all the building look the same around there. Google maps has the position slightly out and I have reported it to be moved. In the meantime use the map on letsbookhotel.com as they have it right. I may not have read the details thoroughly but we all commented that it hadn't made clear the apartment was on the top floor. Not a problem for 3 forty year olds but may be a problem for more infirm people. No towels at the gm to rent a little bit of a faff. Place could do with a bit of TLC-lick of paint, new cushions on sofa, carpets cleaned. Needs a light in the outside porch Noise from upstairs (apart 6?) could hear constant footsteps in the mornings. Could do with some new cushions/suite in living room. Apartment 4 wasn't the best due to the layout thankfuly we also had apartment 6 that we could all gather in. Only had one day there.picking up key entrance hall was dark so difficult to locate key. We were on the top floor so box room was a bit tight, otherwise all good. Hiking up the stairs to the apartment. Windows rattled in the wind and one of them would not shut so it was draughty in that room. . For four adults, we were given an apartment with a double bed and a tiny cramped bedroom with a single bed and a foldaway bed which had springs loose. After complaining a number of times, we were finally moved to an apartment with two double beds. There was damp on the walls and the house itself didn't feel very secure - when we left the house on the first morning, the front door was wide open. No iPod dock. Poor directions to car parking led to altercation with an extremely abusive neighbour on the other side of the the house. Not clear that Douglas House is, in fact, a semi. Carpets need spot cleaning. Two texts with conflicting information about which apartment we had access to. It was cold! The heating system was not working and seemed to be switch off. Strange for hotel which expects a family with a child as guests. We could not switch on an electric fire. Needed a good deep clean and decorating.
