  Really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and check-in was very easy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Ideal Hotel for Cardiff Central Train & Bus station as only a very short walk with luggage. Very easy to collect luggage and again short walk to Train/Bus station. It is also only a short walk away from the Motor point arena & main - Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone. Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me. Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich I only used restaurant for breakfast

  I liked how they sorted out the over booking problem my girlfriend had persuaded them about a few things but it was sorted with ease didn't have to pay a penny to stay at the hotel which was excellant. Room service didn't take long when ord - During my booking I added a note to say that I intended to propose during my stay. When we arrived at the hotel the staff advised that they'd upgraded us to a business class suite on the top floor. The room and the view was fantastic. Champagne was sent up and it set the scene perfectly to pop the question. The room was clean, spacious and very well furnished. The staff were all excellent.
