The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty. This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

  I am disabled and don't get out of the house very often. and very rare get a good nights sleep. the comfort of the room and bed was excelent .I had the best sleep the night I stayed at the Hilton that I have had in months . a wonderful hotel. Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre are a genuine and gentle 15 - 20 minute walk away.
