The room was very clean and comfortable, but possibly a little tight on space for two and two dogs; more to do with us than the Manse! The short walk from town centre, and the train station made it perfect for us.

  Owners Michael and Fiona were an absolute delight, nothing too much trouble. Fiona even produced some rice cakes for my non-wheat-eating partner at breakfast, and Michael dropped us off in town himself when we asked about taxis. Thanks again, Michael. Fiona and Mike are a lovely couple who quickly make you feel at home. We would happily recommend Hawthorn Farm to others.

  Lovely location although a bit difficult to find as the road is unknown to SatNav. However, once there it is only five minutes drive from Buxton and conveniently placed to a busy shopping centre and also to a number of very beautiful routes.
