We booked in at around 7.30 on Thursday evening and the Receptionist, Sue, could not have made us more welcome or gone to any more trouble to make certain everything was right for our stay. I have not come across better customer care for some time and have just returned from a holiday in America where customer care is always excellent. It's little things like this which makes a journey or stay memorable. Thanks Sue.
所有评语 » Very friendly staff upon arrival, room is just as expected which is ideal at the end of travelling. My daughted loved the nice deep bath!! The breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre is fantastic value for money! Would definitely recommend a stay. it does what it says on the tin, unlike some other chains who see themselves a cut above, but they the same but more expensive. That also goes for the food. For the business traveller you can't beat it. The hotel is good. There is quiet, clean. The receptionists are friendly. There is a lift. The room for three people is spaciouse. It has ventilator, electric kettle. Room`s cleaning is everyday. Real value for money and an excellent breakfast. Helpful staff and a spotless and very comfortable room. Couldn't fault it for a budget stopover. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff - couldn't do enough to ensure we had a good stay. Comfortable room. Clean and very quiet. Ran out of cups at breakfast...had to use paper cups!. Free Wi-fi would be appreciated, especially since you CAN get it free in the Brewers Fayre Restaurant. That it was in the middle of a business park. No local shops. I forgot my toothbrush and deodorant. The menu at Brewers Fare was VERY unhealthy!. Cooke breakfast. no wall plug for electric toothbrush/or shaver in bathroom.....window latch broken??. Thought it was a bit pricey. I paid £57 and you advertise £29 which never seem to be availiable. `Bromsgrove Central` doesn`t best describe the location which is NOT central. Menu in restaurant is very limited and could be revamped. Staff, nice and helpful, but kept getting things wrong so we spent a long time in reception trying to sort bills, mainly. Inflexible: we were told that we had to pay for both nights up-front, although we had only just arrived in the country and only had enough sterling on us for the first night. No heating in the bathrooms. Beds not comfortable. Being asked to pay further 68.00 pounds for extra night when already booked for four days. had to pay for wi fi after half an hour.
