My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I had a great stay. The hostel had really good communal areas - more like a chic coffee house than a budget hostel. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.
