  The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. The room was excellent: really spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was so quiet (I stayed midweek) and it was - Great value and location for this model hotel. Staff were helpful and rooms were very updated and clean. The free internet in the lobby was a great service. The location of this hotel was close to the Temple Mead Station for rail travelers and connects to several bus routes. IT was very quite and again, staff were approachable and helpful. Great place to stay for families, business, or mature couples. Love the hotel.

  It was very convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport. Despite being close to a main road, the rooms have double glazing and we didn't hear any noise whatsoever.   We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo. Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station. Food in the Thyme restaurant was very nice and

Thank you f - We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.
