Guest house is easy to find and well located for shops cafes and restaurants. Hove is a lively and vibrant town next to the sea. The staff are cery helopful and friendly, the atmosphere was terrific and there are good leisure facilities at Sobo. People very friendly. Place has a good vibe and there is lots gonig on to suit different tastes. very friendly atmosphere and made feel welcome almost from the 1st min of my arrival.

Clean room, use of catering facilities. Lovely staff So helpfull. Great for the price. I like but loved the 2 nights stay of £42 in dorm room but got it as single sobo nice place needs a lick of paint etc ok apart from all really enjoyed the stay ok. The double room was a good size and the bedding was good and clean. Fair shower room. There was coffee making facilities. And a good WFI. Was clean, the Staff was nice and the price was ok specially if you choose a day when is not a festival day. Location fantastic, price. After a conversion with hotel manager they dealt with noisy people outside. exactly what was advertised, cheap, no frills. - reception staff were amazingly helpful and informative. location. Washing machines, kitchen and common area available. Not a lot. Location. nothing. Sometimes the noise levels can be a bit offputting but all in all excellent management keeps it to a minimum. getting up so early for breakfast and the cookers were switched off when some people need them most. Location. Poorly constructed bed. It's popular at the weekends, you'll sleep sounder in th week.. The breakfast was bad. I did not dislike but I liked ok it was fun stopping in hove Brighton apart from certain others I experiances ok DET. My dislike is the mattress. Felt very old and well used. Not nice!!!. Was a bit long walk from Brighton, where we get off from the bus. With the breakfast it was just skinny milk, but I understand, it was just £2. The amount of loud music that was being played in the middle of the night. The amount of young people not caring about others that could be asleep. Stomping up stairs, shouting, baging doors. - was a long way from the city centre. breakfast price access. The room was tiny, shower and toilets were small, rather uncomfortable and not quite neat. Acceptable for a very short stay, I wouldn't recommend it for an extended period. If you want to visit Brighton, you might find it useful to know that the hotel is quite far away from the city centre. So check first before booking. Authoritarian: limited fixed times to access the kitchen. Pretty mediocre "breakfast". My room did not get cleaned all the week I was there> There was no cetral heating in the freezing room. Complete lack of hygiene in all areas from bedding, mattress and the shared toilet facilities. cancelled my stay for the following day. So horibble hotel. Disgusting smell , noisy all night, expensive, is not hotel its hostel , no bath --only small shower, terrible mattress, no small shower gel :( , Breakfast -- the worst !!!! This SoBo house is the worst hotel!!!. it was so dirty and they didnt even come and clean our room what kind of guest house dose that.
