  Staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Even though they had an annual performance audit being carried out on the morning that I arrived, the staff still made time to help me by keeping my luggage behind reception while I went to a meeting so I could check-in later. Staff were very helpful in pointing out where indoor playgrounds could be found.
