Clean, comfortable and up to date decor. First stay in a family room since our 10 week old baby was born and it worked perfectly! Also left my phone in the room by mistake, spent the whole day at legoland before I realised it was missing. Called reception and house keeping had found the phone and we were able to pick it up on the way home. Honest, helpful staff. Location ideal for visiting Windsor. Clean tidy rooms/hotel good facilities. Lovely staff. location of onsite Brewers Fayre for food etc is good value for money, family friendly and lovely staff- food excellent value good choice for breakfast and always topped up regularly, and dinner excellent too. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Was our first stay in a Premier Inn and we would stay in them again if others are of similar quality in terms of accommodation and staffing efficiency/friendliness as the Bracknell Central. The lady who was on duty in reception(sadly do not know her name, forgot to look) was one of the best, most friendly receptionists I have ever had greet me at a hotel. It should be easy to find out who she was, she was working at 6pm on Saturday and she was on duty when we left at 8.30 the next morning. excellent customer service from the time we arrived. the gentleman on reception when we arrived was very helpful. excellent location for LEGOLAND. great restaurant, good value breakfast with again great service. room was very spacious for our family of 2 boys aged 5 and 9. Breakfast staff was very welcoming and professional. As there were fewer people during the week the breakfast was freshly cooked instead of a buffet which was great. The location was good- close to a tesco shopping centre which was very handy. I liked the service, as soon as we arrived after a long day at ascot, the reception booked our dinner table, which was very nice and a weight off us. The comfort of the room and the layout was lovely. The staff on reception were very firendly and helpful. I asked about places to take a run and they helped me find a nearby park to take my exercise. - above the norm of customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff Rooms clean and tidy Restaurant on site very nice and good value for money. Location for our Venue, not to bad for Taxi fare to our Destination. Glad there was a Restaurant next door. rooms were as ask for thanks on ground floor 4 old age pensioners no stairs to climb. A good nights sleep as promised. The staff were excellent & breakfast was good but disabled facilities fell well short of what a paraplegic required as result I will never be staying at Premier Inn again. It was clean fairly cheap and in a good location. Close to Legoland and Windsor castle with supermarkets entertainments and restaurants with 5 mins drive or 10 mins walk. The rooms where clean & warm, the brewers fayer was close by for meals. There was nothing outstanding, it is s abudget hotel and never let us down. Clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Cleanliness and not a lot else. Location, comfy beds. staff very friendly. Staff exceptionally helpful. No lifts in hotel if you have lot of baggage or was unable to use stairs-this wasn't issue for us but could be for others. Hot water in bathroom was a touch too hot but better than being too cold. As with other hotels etc soundproofing between rooms/floors could be a bit better but that's a common issue. On 2 of the 3 morning the sausages were so tough we couldn't cut them with a knife. the only thing negative that I can think is the tv, it would have been nice to have more channels, specifically movies. I know what i'm getting with Premier inn so there was nothing really I didn't like, I am familiar with the hotels no matter where I stay as they are all the same, this is a positive. There was a z bed put in our room instead of 2 double beds, bed was very uncomfortable and complained to reception staff. I was quiet upset that I could not get into room till 2.pm. As my Mother of 90 years would like to have had a sleep around 1,pm for a hour and half....do you ever allow for the elderly in this situation???. over complicated bill was over charged by 40 pounds has now been refunded thanks. Nothing. The noisy room, from the washing machine, spindryer, doors banging,noise from room above and from the rear of the kichen, all night refrigeration unit!!. we needed a twin room as I was travelling with a friend, however the only twin room had disabled bathroom facilities and it would have been nice to have a bath. The evening food was more or less limited to fried items, chips and onion rings obligatory. The Restaurant for Breakfast was an absolute disaster! There were queues for everything, entering, eating, drinking, not enough staff, constantly running out of food and a manager who didn't care....an absolute disgrace! There were so many unhappy people that it cannot be a good advert for the Hotel. If The chain are wanting to serve and represent the Premier Inn Brand they need to improve significantly. Temperature of room (heat). price - this is a budget hotel but on this occasion was as expensive as a full service hotel. I did not think the disabled facilities were up to standard. No roll in shower for a disabled person. If this was pointed out to me at time of booking I would not of STAYED.Last week I stayed "Holiday Inn" there bathroom facilities were a & lot better. I have booked now with travel lodge Hickstead & they insisted I saw the disabled room which had a roll in shower, the height of your toilet was fine. As result I will be re booking in June at Holiday Inn Stroke on Trent. The room was uncomfortably hot and the car park was overfull. During the early hours of the morning, there was a gathering of cars in the car park & they where playing loud music from the speakers in there boots which kept us awake for a couple of hours. The brewers fayer had in sufficient capacity to cope with the amount of people booked into the hotel. Again nothing outstanding to report. It is what it is. Quality of the food (evening meal) in the pub/restaurant associated with this hotel was poor although fairly priced with a group of children eating fro free. Didn't like the meaness of the place - eg 2 teabags provided. Couldn't watch TV because the remote control wouldn't go higher than 50% sound and the subtitles were unreadable because the screen was too small. Didn;t enjoy dinner. Paper thin walls/floors so you hear noise from rooms above, price not great, your advertise 29 pounds roooms but I have never seen a price anywhere near this!!. food at dinner time, tasteless. breakfast very good. soundproofing between floors very poor. heating poor. The disabled room has a shower over a bath impossible to use when in a wheelchair. No toiletries except shower and soap. Very sterile environment no lounge area. If this hotel is for business travellers then it sadly lacks any facilities to support that fact. Very expensive for what it is.
