Boscastle itself still retains its character, history and natural beauty whilst m - From the moment we arrived, we were looked after really well by attentive staff. They took us to our room, carried luggage, explained the wifi and advised about booking a table in the restaurant. The restaurant was lovely, and though we thought we'd eat elsewhere at least once, we ended up eating at the Riverside every single day. The menu is great and varied, and the food is of high quality. Something for everyone.

  Everything. Room was clean bright and comfortable. Fresh bottled water and fresh milk available daily. Nice bathroom products available, everything tastefully presented. Tea and homemade lemon drizzle cake offered on arrival- yum!!Delicious breakfast too. Excellent walking available from the house. The coastline is rugged and romantic, and family friendly, sandy beaches are not far away. It is also excellent for walkers, being practically on the South West Coast Path.   I stayed overnight at the Wellington Hotel whilst hiking on the coastal path. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is right in the very picturesque village of Boscastle. The coast path practically runs through the hotel! The Wellington Hotel is a gorgeous old building. However, the rooms have been kept nicely up-to-date. The 4 window aspect was amazing, well worth paying that little bit extra for turret rooms 1st/2nd floor,comfortable bed, luxurious bedding, Eco toileteries, happy friendly staff, great food. This hotel is a must visit/stay if you need to relax and unwind.

  It was a lovely interesting house set in a beautiful flower filled rambling garden which guests are invited to explore. My room was bright and cheery with fresh flowers, a comfy bed and everything I needed.
