We enjoy Pool etc and it is so central. We also enjoy food and entertainment. Hotel situation. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The leisure facilities.hotel was excellent with friendly staff and excellent leisure facilities. rooms were comfortable. comfort and cleanliness of room and bathroom excellent, pool, very helpful staff, great bar menu and within town centre.
所有评语 » Friendly staff, good food.Staff make you feel very welcome,nothing seem to be any problem for them. The food was excellent and the use of the spa and pool facilities was a bonus. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.breakfast - cooked to order not a buffet style like most hotels. the area. he pool wasexcellent, clean and big enough to have aproper swim . Good to have access from our room although the decor on the stairway could be improved.Nice to have clean towels and not worry about drying them. Central to town, good facilities despite steam room being closed due to a recent fire which was not mentioned on booking.The location and close proximity to numerous golf courses. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere and good food. Good location for a base from which to see the area. Food was good. After internet access difficulties, manager on duty moved us to an alternate room.Friendly helpful staff in reception, bar and restaurant. Good location and easy parking. Friendlines, good selection of meals. Leisure facilities. The weather and surrounding area, the evening meal was very good.Staff were helpful, breakfast was excellent. comfotable and good location. Good location. Reasonably priced and good location, however I think that £10 per night to allow a dog to stay was completely excessive, I would suggest that £3.00 would be more appropriate,. On arrival the room was cold, radiators hadn't been turned on, this was not very welcoming given it was mid- November. Lounge area lacking somewhat in atmosphere/ambiance more akin to a waiting area. charging to your room, there was a duplicate receipt and tried to charge us double,but got it sorted out. Very warm. Minor thing, I was a bit disappointed, a plus,fresh towels were laid out on the second day, but the bed was not made up, and no shampoo etc. Parking is at a premium! the area at the front of the hotel was filled and we had to park on some rough ground at the rear of the hotel which we were concerned about. the customer service i recieved at the front desk the lady was not very welcoming and put my partner and i off recommending to our friends we stay in blairgowrie 3 times a year for long weekends, however, the service from other staff was excellent and this was the decider that we would stay again next time we visit.Our telivision handset didnt work and could not be fixed although the staff did try when asked. Minor gripe-our room was 2 floors directly above swimming pool. The stench of chlorine was overpowering but was forgotten after a short spell.No local or hotel information in room. Internet only works in rooms close to the administration office. It is an older building with some issues. Boiler failed and no hot water, false fire alarm, etc.Unfortuneately the shower in our room was not very good as we were only there for the weekend didn't really have time to have it dealt with. The Restaurant staff did not get dinner order right... food wasn't that great for the set dinner menu. However, the breakfast was excellent. There was a disco on the Saturday evening, directly underneath our room, which should not have been situated where rooms can distinctly hear every word of the music. This should have been held in the ballroom, as did the boxing the previous night, which we did not hear any noise whatsoever, pity the disco wasn't in there also. This soured our stay somewhat. could have done with a little more atmosphere in bar and restaurant for a Sunday night. Also 4 question questionnaire is actually about 20 !. Room was far too hot, even with window open. Other customers found thistoo. Room was a bit run-down, dinner food was a bit 70'S. Sauna didn'twork. I would only stay at the hotel at the bargain price we got it at.Normal price is way too dear. (We paid £35 per head bandb). Late night disco next door! Slow pokey lift. "Neat" sized bathroom for a family room!. Receptionist didn't look at you for ages, then was quite curt.
