was made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived nothing was to much trouble for the staff.we would definatly stay again was brillient value for money especally for the location only 10 min walk to the tower 2 min walk to the shops and beach but set back enough to not hear any noise from people coming back from nights out. The owner was very friendly & helpful. The full English B/Fast was good & very filling, apart from when the (Chef) burnt the toast ha ha. & set off the fire alarms but at least we know they work!! Many Thanks for a good long W/End. John, Clear & Megan.

Central location to all the main attractions, clean and comfortable and very good value for money. basic stuff but clean and comfortable owner and staff very helpful and attentive if in this area again I would contact here first good value for momey. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay staff made us feel very welcome on arrival and was very helpful when we returned that night. The two guys that run the place are great, lovely people, great location, already booking our 2nd trip back. I thought the staff was super really friendly and the breakfast was really nice and enjoyed by all. Me and my son have booked another week.staff were very helpful and friendly.top marks all round. Staff was helpful and pleasant, great value and just a few feet away from the sea front. We loved the faultless hospitality, fine breakfast and so near to the town centre. A very short walk to the beach. Have no complaints. for what I paid nothing really. nothing. Beds small. The premises were tired and need a lot of updating and the owner has only been there since April 2013. room a bit small toilet could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was cold and we like hot food appart from tbat everything was good very friendly and approachable and helpfull. Trying to find it haha took us nearly an hour as we didn't have a map but once we got there we knew which streets to take and found it straight away. Onsuite bathroom tiny, could do with re decoration. En-Suite needs replacing. Bedding needs replacing. Rooms a bit faded but value for the cost. Quality of bunk bed. That we had move to b&b next but didn't find out till point of arrival. Hotel needed a complete make over. room very poor,bathroom a discrace,food poor,bar never open. The bathroom was not cleaned. After had the confirmation when I arrived I haven´t my room, for a internet problem.
