  Hotel is close to Birmingham, international station and airport, yet is peaceful. Propriator and staff were very helpful and attentive.   I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent. Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park - The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent
