A lovely old house. Bedroom with separate spacious bathroom made for a comfortable stay. The hostess was friendly and helpful and the breakfast generous. The location is just right for access to the town. The personal touch. The room was homely. Food was excellent. Barbara was very knowledgeable of the area. Her recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions was spot on.
所有评语 » Great little b&b. Barbara the owner was lovely and welcoming. I stayed on my own in the double room. Great size and lovely breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend this hotel. The Guest House is very old and full of character. Mrs Payne the owner was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, beds comfortable the rooms clean and functional. Location. It was close to the svr. Beautiful area. Pewterers House is full of original features which makes it very homely and interesting. Catered to difficult dietary needs. warm and friendly welcome from Barbara the perfect host. Went out of her way to ensure our stay was memorable. Lovely house,very clean and comfortable. This accommodation was very comfortable and clean with every facilty made available. The owner was very knowledgeable about the local area and helpful generally. We liked the welcome and hospitality on our arrival. And relaxation we enjoyed whilst there.The town is lovely with lovely walks and exploration of the area. The location - this was a birthday present for my other half and as he is an avid fan of railways the severn valley railway was only a few minutes walk away. The proximity to Bewdley town-centre and the river Severn. Good reasonably price restaurants close by. Good location for touring Shropshire. Charming room with lots of character. The view of the severn valley railway - not much of a view, blink and you'd miss the train go by. Think letsbookhotel.com falsely advertised this as 'views of the severn valley railway'. When I went directly to the pewterers house website later it clearly states 'glimpse of the severn valley railway'. It didn't spoil the weekend though. It did not cause us any problems but the parking requires good driving skills. Nothing at all!. Our room was small to be fair it was really for a single. We were shown the other rooms that were very nice but already booked. Nothing. nothing. The location is extremely hard to find, and the sat nav did not recognise the location address ? The car parking is extremely difficult with access up the alley from a very busy main road on a bend. Room could have done with dusting (though otherwise clean & tidy). Nothing. Finding our Parking spot in such a narrow lane with my week old car. I had to reverse more than I ever had to with my previous car!. Uncertain parking. Nil. Dark alleyway walk of a nighttime. Bedroom and shower room rather small. bit of dust on bedside tables. Stairs challenging with luggage. nothing. Nothing. awkward parking. room was a bit small. Nothing. Nothing. drive down narrow alley to hotel and having to reverse out. The toilet was not working properly. Price for three occupants in one room cost me £75.00 for one night for B&B (originally booked for only £40.)which was the same or less (only £70) for good Hilton Hotel which I also booked through you including breakfast.
