Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   Service - we had the warmest welcome - the hosts were amazing. Very friendly and informative - full of tips on where to go to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble - they provided a free parking permit for us and even moved thier own car so that we could park closer.
