  I stayed overnight with my mother after having surgery at the first trust hospital. The hotel was very clean, spacious , modern and comfortable and the service we received was excellent. This was nothing to do with your staff at your Hotel When we got out of the lift on to the 1st floor there was a distinctive smell of smoke that some one had been smoking on that floor.
