  Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Location was perfect for us with the town centre within easy walking distance. We have recently tended to use hotels and this was the first B&B we had - We got a very friendly welcome, it really did feel like being at home, the room was lovely, clean, big and very nicely decorated.   Stayed here for a wedding we had locally at the weekend, villa was fresh and clean throughout. Karen was absolutely lovely and happy to help with anything. We stayed in the luxury suit and the bed was so comfortable! Best sleep we had had in ages! Would highly recommend and will be booking again if we ever stay over in yr again.
