  everywhere was very clean and tidy, the recent refurbishments had been done very well. We only had an overnight stay are thinking of booking again later in the year for a long weekend for a perfect stay in Arundel. - The hotel was beautifully appointed, warm and very comfortable.   Sally greeted us with a warm friendly smile as she invited us into her beautiful home. Our room was amazing so spacious and very comfortable together with Tea and Coffee making facilities. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would strongly reccommend Byass House as a must stay B and B. - The owner is a lovely lady who has taken loving care of her property. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was magnificent with books and games if we ever got bored. It was pleasure to stay there and hopefully we will return next year.
