I was impressed with the attitude of the staff both at the Premier Inn and the attached Beefeater restaurant. Their cheerfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile. I was apprehensive first of all to have my meals in the Beefeater, but found them well cooked, tasty and value for money. For me this combined location of Premier Inn and Beefeater is a little jewel that I will revisit. Willie and Linda, Sheffield. Excellent situation adjacent to the A27 and within walking distance of the lovely town of Arundel. Room adequate and clean with all the necessary facilities. Excellent breakfast next door at Beefeater where you can also dine reasonably in evening.
所有评语 » The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked efficiently and the staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist immediately changed our room and apologised about the tobacco smoke (see opposite). I liked the genuine warm welcome from the gentleman on the reception desk and was very helpful. room very clean,comfy bed,disabled bathroom is great,staff were so,so,helpfull. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, especially Morris in the evenings. friendly courteous staff convenience of meals close vicinity to area visiting. Location Helpfulness of staff Breakfast Cleanliness. Staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. The staff on reception most helpful and pleasant. We Liked the care free feeling about the Inn!. Ideal for stop over for a wedding reception. Everything was first class. Most things. it was great. Staff!!. Clean Staff very friendly. Adjacent (owned) restaurant good for drinks and dinner in evening. Easy to find. Layout was good. Free parking. Clean. Pleasant staff. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast Comfortable room. cleanliness room size. Nothing. Our first room reeked of tobacco smoke (supposed to be non-smoking). I appreciate that this wasn't your fault, but your no-smoking policy needs enforcing vigorously. Nothing. there was nothing we did not like. the first night we were there a fathers day party was held and the noise of people walking around gave us a sleepless night. Bed was small, would rather have 5ft or 2 singles. A long wait for our dinner on the Sunday evening, 45 minutes from the time of seating to getting our meal. Only one set of towels in room on arrival. Tea and milk not replenished for second night. All was good!! So nothing!. Breakfast on Fathers Day a bit chaotic.None the less quite good. Located one mile from town, and 1/2 mile from train station, only good if you have a car. Rooms was tired and rather sparsely furnished, springs were felt in the mattress. Breakfast not included; I felt it was high priced in the (owned) adjacent restaurant. No free internet (except for claimed 30 minutes a day.). Would have been good to get a better price as had to pay for family room for two of us. Should have booked earlier. Hotel exterior is tatty, needs painting. room was cold and lack of toiletries.
