  Everything! The staff were wonderful and the food excellent. - Felt more like a 4* plus hotel, not a 3. Nice details like great towels and fresh milk available for in-room coffee. Quality decor in room, nice bathroom too. Very convenient to town without being in it.

  This was our second visit to the Waterhead. An excellent hotel. Luxurious but comfortable. Super food and friendly staff. Fantastic views! - we enjoyed evreything about our stay, location was beautiful, hotel was lovely, and restaurant was excellent

  The room was recently and well-decorated with quality fittings including an ingenious blind. The service was very friendly - I was shown round the hotel and to my room. The service at breakfast was simply excellent. Even after I checked out and asked to stay for a bit longer, I was made to feel welcome and brought a complimentary cafetiere of coff... 别人怎么说 » ee. - The room was spacious, well-decorated, very comfortable and I felt pampered. Fabulous bed. Huge bathroom with the best shower in Britain. Dinner was delicious. Lots of soft armchairs to relax in before dinner. You could open the windows and adjust the heating (to dry clothes in the bathroom).
