The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Although there for only one night, the good-humoured hosts Jim and Josie went out of their way to meet my requirements. Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place!

I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath!
Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.

The Room we had was really nice and clean and the breakfast was really value for money. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble one staff member offered to look something up on the internet for us. If ever we are in the area we will not go anywhere else but the Navigator

The rooms were lovely. Fantastic four poster bed and bathroom had huge shower and free standing bath. All refurbished to a high standard. It was a 16 th century coaching inn. Floors and walls all wonky! Very atmospheric. I was with my mum and daughter on this occasion and have booked a return trip for me and my partner. Food was good and bar welcoming. Staff also very good and very helpful.
