Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

Staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and happy to help. I requested extra pillows,and theye arrived within 15mins. Disabled Parking and facilities were excellent. Everything, security very good, parking was easy, food superb, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bright, spacious, nice view over the water. We were very impressed and will certainly use Premier Inn again, in fact we are planning a tour of Hereford, Worcester & Gloucester and will use Premier Inns for B & B.

With 19 month twin boys we was so happy to find our room situation at the end of corridor on the ground floor and heard no noise what so ever as often in places near airports theres lots of traffic noise and doors slamming from other guests who are departing throughout the night. Excellent to have free wifi
