  staff were very friendly and helpful.i have stayed in many 4and a couple of 5star hotels and was not expecting too much because this ibis hotel only has a 2star rating.but i was very nicely surprised with this hotel.the rooms were very clean,there was facilities for making tea and coffee in the room,the breakfast buffet was very good and lasted ti... 别人怎么说 » l 12 noon.the hotel may not have a gym or a swimming pool but for a short stay and a low budget it was perfect.we were a group of ten people with 5 do - Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door. Nice dining area / lobby lounge for relaxing in. Plenty of parking space. Good location close to Saltaire, Shipley train station and shops. I wou
