I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry)
My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon.

The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -
