  As soon as we drove up the drive, Seamus was ready to greet us. The welcome was warm and throughout our 3-day stay we felt like house-guests and not customers. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and smart. Breakfast was excellent with each preference and whim catered for very proficiently.   Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches.   Everything. The room we were offered was brand new, very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Lots of touches that puts this place above the rest like: On arrival we were greeted in the car park and our cases carried in, we were offered a tray of tea/coffee and this was delivered to our room with homemade bread pudding aswell!!   Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice.
