  The rooms were lovely, bespoke & the bed linen was great. Great large well appointed bathrooms too. I appreciated the fact that loads of towels and toiletries were provided although we were both single occupancy in double rooms, often you dont get very much as a single traveller!!   We enjoyed the spa and also found the attention to detail and service by the staff to be of a very high quality. We were pleased that the rate offered meant that we were able to visit a hotel we had long wanted to visit. - Staff very friendly without being overpowering, food excellent, spa facilities very good.   The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of lovely home-made produce such as the warm breakfast muffins and jams. I loved having the option of fresh fruit, yogurt and honey for breakfast too. We both followed this with a great Full English with excellent sausage... 别人怎么说 » s and bacon - full of taste and locally sourced. - Very friendly owners, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. As a veggie it is a luxury to have soya milk provided in the room and options for breakfast (which was excellent, as was the full English) We only stayed one night so didn't have time to use the spa facilities but would definately return for a longer stay and make use then.
