Very friendly staff and one of the best restaurants we've used for a long time - Nice sized rooms, very well decorated, beautiful views, friendly staff, fantastic food, good value for money.   The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times.
