  We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. There were 5 of us, all family, in 3 separate rooms and we were well taken care of from day one.   The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. Very clean, plenty of hot water and well equipped. Dog friendly, at no extra cost, with grassed area opposite the apartment for last wee of the night.
