  Staff were very friendly and pleasant and the check in and out took hardly any time at all. Location was perfect for union street. We got parked outside the door (£4.00 for 2hrs if it is between 8am and 8pm) The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet so we had an excellent night's sleep. Loved the location, conveniently located just off Union St (passing an Oddbins en route) and really only a 5 minute walk from the train station. A very quiet location too...had a good night's sleep.

  The staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and kind. We've stayed here before (at Rosemount and Whitehall) and look forward to staying again. Rooms are spacious, clean and have more than everything you need and the breakfast is great.
