  Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs.   The apartment was lovely, traveled with friends for shopping and concert, and was ideal for this. I liked everything about the layout of the building and the staff could not have been more helpful.
