We visited the Cults as we were attending a family party being held in the reception hall within the hotel so it was great leaving the reception and going straight to our room rather than having to hang around waiting on taxis. The whole evening including dinner (which we purchased seperately, not included in room rate) before the event was great, there is nothing I can fill in the comment box that I found I did not like. Great night overall & a Great Hotel, Thanks.
所有评语 » The staff couldn't have been more friendly, efficient and obliging. As we were going to a wedding, we asked if we could get into our rooms before official check in time and it was not a problem. The rooms were charming and the beds were very comfortable with good linen. Initially, I was concerned to be given a room in the annex rather than the main building but in fact it was very spacious, well appointed and most importantly at the back of the hotel so very quiet. Bed was very comfortable with good firm mattress and pillows. This venue has a reputation for excellent food, and this is attested to by the large number of locals eating in the restaurant during our stay. Quiet area of Aberdeen, but on a bus route ideal for shopping and sight seeing. Helpful friendly staff. Comfortable and freshly decorated room with a small balcony overlooking some allotments, which was lovely to see some greenery within the city. Lovely, high standard room. Excellent food, stayed 2 nights. Eat both nights at Hotel Restaurant, lovely meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast first class. the decor, the staff the hotel was clean and very up to date. A lovely hotel. we are actually going there for a meal at the weekend!. Lovely welcome freindly staff very helpful room was lovely good night sleep will stay again breakfast wonderful. It was cold when we arrived but once the radiator had been on a short while it was over- hot and difficult to cool the room down again. A very nice shower-room let down by the fact that no-one had bothered to refill the shower gel - something you do not discover until you already under the water. Nothing. Very hot in the room but maybe just hypersensitive as I was suffering from a migraine at the time (no fault of the hotel!). nothing negative!. There was nothing to dislike. Limited parking. Curtains need to be more heavily lined. One of the bar staff, (Long blonde hair) needs to learn to smile and improve her people skills. Nothing. it is better if there is bath. All was OK. Breakfast was OK but sausages not very nice. The fact that I booked this on letsbookhotel.com but the hotel had no record of my booking....not their fault, this must be down to letsbookhotel.com. ✗ Terrible WiFi (it disconnects very often, difficult to connect to the router) ✗ There is not enough parking places close to the hotel ✗ A lift is available only for disabled people. Stain on headboard. Room 10 lacked storage space.No drawers and no shaver point so had to go out and buy an adapter. Drinks very expensive. car parking is an issue.
