  Great spot, just a short way out of Kas. Great beach spot to swim just accross the road, lovely view from rooms and restaurant. Good breakfast, staff are friendly. Rooms are simple and clean.   Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpfull, decor little tiredbut kept very clean. - We had wine and fruit in room which I requested as it was my wifesbitthday and our 23rd wed ann. Rooms were clean and tidy.
