  Staff was excellent. I was scheduled to take an overnight bus after my stay, and they kindly gave me not only a late check-out time, but a ride to the bus station. Additionally, I had a room with a fancy spa shower setup (massage jets, steam, etc.) which was pretty great and was fun to use.
